Hastan\u0131n burun s\u0131rt\u0131nda ki hafif bir y\u00fckseklik varsa t\u00f6rp\u00fclenir. Burun s\u0131rt\u0131nda hafif bir \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fckl\u00fck var ise  yumu\u015fak doku  veya \u015fekillendirilen k\u0131k\u0131rdak ile doldurulur. Burun ucu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olan hastada bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fck \u00f6zel ask\u0131 y\u00f6ntemleri ile kald\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Burun kanatlar\u0131 geni\u015f olan hastada uygun doku \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lmas\u0131 ile k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclt\u00fcl\u00fcr. Burun deliklerinde belirgin  asimetri var ise bu giderilir olabildi\u011fince delikler e\u015fit hale getirilir. <\/p>\n<p><span>Burun ucu geni\u015f- top gibi ise bu daha zarif daha do\u011fal olacak \u015fekilde d\u00fczeltilir. Burun s\u0131rt\u0131 yan taraflar\u0131nda g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00e7\u00f6kmeler ya da k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar gibi problemler \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mini burun esteti\u011fi ger\u00e7ekten de k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck m\u00fcdahaleler ile hastan\u0131n \u00e7ok mutlu oldu\u011fu ve k\u0131sa s\u00fcren ( yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 \u2013 30 dk ) bir operasyondur. Ama en \u00f6nemli kural  \u00e7ok se\u00e7ici olmakt\u0131r. Her hasta <strong>mini rinoplasti<\/strong> i\u00e7in uygun de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Mini <strong>rinoplasti<\/strong> de kemiklere m\u00fcdahale edilmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in ciddi bir \u015fi\u015flik ve morluk olmaz. Cilt yap\u0131n\u0131za ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak olu\u015fabilecek \u015fi\u015flik ve morluklar da 2-3 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde iyile\u015fecektir. \u00c7o\u011fu zaman kapal\u0131 teknik ile yap\u0131lan bir ameliyatt\u0131r. En \u00f6nemlisi burun dokular\u0131na hi\u00e7bir zarar vermeden  sadece var olan minimal kusuru gidermi\u015f oluyoruz.<br \/><strong>Op.
