Bruksizmin s\u00f6zc\u00fck anlam\u0131 uyku s\u0131ras\u0131nda di\u015fleri s\u0131kmak, g\u0131c\u0131rdatmak ve \u00e7eneyi kenetlemektir. Di\u015f g\u0131c\u0131rdatma ki\u015fisel bir al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k de\u011fil, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenmesi gereken bir sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunudur.
