Her cerrahi operasyonda oldu\u011fu gibi ayn\u0131 b\u00f6lgeye ikinci ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ameliyatlar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekten zor ameliyatlard\u0131r. Revizyon burun esteti\u011fi de en zor olan\u0131d\u0131r. Revizyon burun esteti\u011finde \u00f6ncesinde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 rezeksiyonlar y\u00fcz\u00fcnden ilk ameliyattaki gibi rahat \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lamaz. \u0130lk ameliyatta burun orta b\u00f6lmesindeki k\u0131k\u0131rdak dokusunun al\u0131nmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 k\u0131k\u0131rdak ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011funda kulak ve kaburga k\u0131k\u0131rdaklar\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekli olabilir. Revizyon burun esteti\u011fi i\u00e7in ilk ameliyattan en az 6 ay ge\u00e7mesi gereklidir. Bununla birlikte 1y\u0131l ge\u00e7mesi burun dokusunun tam oturmas\u0131 ve yumu\u015famas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan daha iyidir. Ameliyat \u00f6ncesi doktor hasta aras\u0131ndaki ileti\u015fim, isteklerin ve yap\u0131labileceklerin ortaya konulmas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. K\u00f6t\u00fc burun \u015fekli y\u00fcz\u00fcnden \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fcye kap\u0131lmamal\u0131y\u0131z. En k\u00f6t\u00fc burunlar bile iyi hale getirilebilir. Bunun i\u00e7in cerrah\u0131n tecr\u00fcbesi ve cerrah se\u00e7imi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Revizyon burun esteti\u011fi sonras\u0131 dikkat edilmesi gerekenler ve iyile\u015fme s\u00fcreci ilk ameliyatta ki ile ayn\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Septum perforasyonlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Septum perforasyonu (burun orta b\u00f6lmesinde delik olmas\u0131)uzun s\u00fcre a\u011f\u0131r metal solunmas\u0131,kokain kullan\u0131m\u0131 ,parmak ile burun temizleme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ,ge\u00e7irilmi\u015f travmalara ba\u011fl\u0131 ve burun ameliyatlar\u0131 sonras\u0131 geli\u015fmi\u015f olabilir. Ameliyats\u0131z olarak k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck perforasyonlarda silikon buton uygulamas\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olabilmekle birlikte baz\u0131 hastalarda silikon buton rahats\u0131z edici olabilir. Septum  perforasyonunun ameliyatla kapat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131 oran\u0131 perforasyonun b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ve hastan\u0131n diyabet gibi sistemik hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n olup olmamas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015febilir.<\/p>\n<p>Septum perforasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli y\u00f6ntemler mevcuttur. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck perforasyonlarda konkalardan(burun do\u011fal etleri) al\u0131nan par\u00e7alarla  bu b\u00f6lgenin canland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131p dikilmesi ile sonu\u00e7 al\u0131nabilmekle birlikte b\u00fcy\u00fck perforasyonlarda kulak kep\u00e7esinden al\u0131nan k\u0131k\u0131rda\u011f\u0131n burun orta b\u00f6lmesine konulmas\u0131 ve burun i\u00e7i cildinin(mukoza) kayd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve dikilmesi ile tedavi edilebilmektedir. Sonras\u0131nda buruna silikon splint  yerle\u015ftirilerek ameliyata son verilmektedir. Baz\u0131 durumlarda septum perforasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in beraberinde burun esteti\u011fi gerekli olabilir; buna detayl\u0131 bir kulak burun bo\u011faz muayenesi ile karar verilir.
