Burun deliklerinden endoskop ad\u0131 veilen kameralar ile beraber endoskopik cerrahi aletler ile girilerek sin\u00fcslerin i\u00e7erisindeki iltihabi hastal\u0131klar (kronik sin\u00fczitler) polipler, t\u0131kay\u0131c\u0131 septum ve kemik deviasyonlar\u0131 temizlenir ve d\u00fczeltilir. Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra sin\u00fcslerden kaynaklanan bir \u00e7ok t\u00fcm\u00f6rler hatta burun i\u00e7erisinden beyine uzanan t\u00fcm\u00f6rler de bu t\u00f6ntem ile ba\u015far\u0131 ile teavi edilebilirler. Yap\u0131lacak i\u015flemin geni\u015fli\u011fine g\u00f6re ameliyat s\u00fcresi 30 dk ile 3-4 saat aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015febilir.<\/p>\n
Endoskopik sin\u00fcs cerrahisi ile gerek operasyon s\u00fcresi gerekse hastanede kal\u0131\u015f s\u00fcresi \u00e7ok daha k\u0131sa olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n
Uygulanan endoskopik cerrahi sonras\u0131nda burun i\u00e7erisine 2-3 g\u00fcn kalacak k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck tamponlar konularak kan s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 engellenir. 3. G\u00fcnden sonra bu tamponlar \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 hafta boyunca burun i\u00e7erisinde kabuklanmay\u0131 engelleyici burun spreyleri kullan\u0131larak tedavis s\u00fcreci tamamlan\u0131r.<\/p>\n
