Okullar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 ile birlikte bu hastal\u0131klar\u0131n s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 beklenmekte. Ancak al\u0131nacak basit \u00f6nlemlerle bu enfeksiyonlardan korunulabilir ve salg\u0131nlar\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131 engellenebilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Ortam\u0131 d\u00fczenli havaland\u0131rmak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vir\u00fcslerin neden oldu\u011fu bu hastal\u0131k grubunda bula\u015fma yak\u0131n temas ile olmaktad\u0131r. Hap\u015f\u0131rma ve \u00f6ks\u00fcrme ile ortama da\u011f\u0131lan partik\u00fcller uzun s\u00fcre havada as\u0131l\u0131 kalmakta ve buradan ge\u00e7en di\u011fer bireylere kolayl\u0131kla bula\u015fmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle havaland\u0131rmas\u0131 yetersiz kapal\u0131 ortamlar ve yak\u0131n temas\u0131n en \u00e7ok oldu\u011fu okullar, bu enfeksiyonlar\u0131n k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda daha s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclmesinin temel nedeni olmaktad\u0131r. Toplu ta\u015f\u0131tlar, okul, al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f merkezi gibi kalabal\u0131k yerlerde \u00fcst solunum yolu enfeksiyonu ge\u00e7irmekte olan bir ki\u015fi vir\u00fcsleri kolayl\u0131kla ortama yay\u0131p di\u011fer sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bireylere bula\u015ft\u0131rabilmektedir. Bu nedenle \u00f6zellikle bu t\u00fcr yerlerde havaland\u0131rman\u0131n iyi olmas\u0131na dikkat etmek, temizli\u011fe \u00f6zen g\u00f6stermek gibi basit tedbirler ile \u00fcst solunum yolu enfeksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131n yay\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nlenebilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. El y\u0131kama al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazand\u0131rmak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ellerin y\u0131kanmas\u0131 veya dezenfektan ile temizlenmesi hem Covid-19 hem de \u00fcst solunum yollar\u0131 enfeksiyonlar\u0131nda bula\u015fmay\u0131 ciddi oranda azaltmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7ocuklara ebeveynleri ve \u00f6\u011fretmenleri ellerini d\u00fczenli y\u0131kama al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazand\u0131rmal\u0131, elleri \u00f6zellikle a\u011f\u0131za ve g\u00f6zlere s\u00fcrmemek gerekti\u011fini anlatmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. E\u011fer \u00e7ocu\u011funuz veya siz \u00fcst solunum yolu enfeksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fl\u0131ca belirtileri olan burun ak\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131, burun t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131, ate\u015f, \u00f6ks\u00fcr\u00fck, hap\u015f\u0131rma, ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, geniz ak\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131, bo\u011fazda yanma-a\u011fr\u0131, g\u00f6zlerde sulanma, kas a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131, halsizlik, i\u015ftahs\u0131zl\u0131k gibi Covid-19 belirtilerine benzeyen \u015fikayetler ya\u015f\u0131yorsan\u0131z pani\u011fe kap\u0131lmadan hekime dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131zda fayda var.
