Bir ekran\u0131 ve prob ad\u0131 verilen bir ucu vard\u0131r. Prob incelenecek olan b\u00f6lgeye temas ettirilir ve gezdirilir. Ekranda olu\u015fan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclere g\u00f6re te\u015fhis konmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131r.
