{"id":996,"date":"2024-04-29T12:00:09","date_gmt":"2024-04-29T09:00:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/odyova.com\/haberler\/?p=996"},"modified":"2024-04-29T12:00:09","modified_gmt":"2024-04-29T09:00:09","slug":"fess-ameliyatlarinda-mikrodebrider-navigasyon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/odyova.com\/haberler\/fess-ameliyatlarinda-mikrodebrider-navigasyon\/","title":{"rendered":"Fess ameliyatlar\u0131nda mikrodebrider &#8211; navigasyon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>FESS  AMEL\u0130YATLARINDA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u0130KRODEBR\u0130DER S\u0130STEMLER\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>endoskopik g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f alt\u0131nda sadece hastal\u0131kl\u0131 dokuyu hassas bir \u015fekilde t\u0131ra\u015flayarak temizlerken sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 dokulara zarar verilmesini \u00f6nleyen ayn\u0131 zamanda ameliyat sahas\u0131n\u0131 y\u0131kay\u0131p vakumla temizleyerek \u00f6nemli zaman kazanc\u0131 sa\u011flayan ileri teknolojik bir cihazlard\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle yayg\u0131n hastal\u0131k ya da polip olan durumlarda ameliyat s\u00fcresini \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde k\u0131salt\u0131rken hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n tam temizlenmesinde ve iyile\u015fme s\u00fcrecinin k\u0131salmas\u0131nda etkili olmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p><strong>FESS AMEL\u0130YATLARINDA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u0130LG\u0130SAYAR DESTEKL\u0130 S\u0130N\u00dcS CERRAH\u0130S\u0130 (Cerrahi NAV\u0130GASYON)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Endoskopik sin\u00fcs cerrahisi s\u0131ras\u0131nda baz\u0131 durumlarda ameliyat\u0131n zorluk derecesi artmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle ameliyat s\u0131ras\u0131nda al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f anatomik yap\u0131lar\u0131n rahat\u00e7a g\u00f6r\u00fclerek takip edilmesinin \u00e7e\u015fitli nedenlerle m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda hastal\u0131k tam temizlenememektedir. \u015eah damar\u0131n\u0131n hasar g\u00f6rmesi ve kanamalar, g\u00f6z \u00e7ukurunun hasar g\u00f6rmesi, g\u00f6zde hareket bozuklu\u011fu, g\u00f6zya\u015f\u0131 kanal\u0131n\u0131n zedelenmesi, beyin zar\u0131n\u0131n zedelenmesi ve enfeksiyonun kafa i\u00e7ine yay\u0131lmas\u0131, menenjit gibi baz\u0131 ciddi istenmeyen durumlar (komplikasyonlar) olu\u015fabilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Kulak burun bo\u011faz alan\u0131nda Cerrahi navigasyon teknolojisine ihtiya\u00e7 1984 y\u0131l\u0131nda endoskopik sin\u00fcs ameliyatlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131ndan sonra a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f ve yap\u0131lan ilk denemeleri takiben 1990 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren bu alanda da aktif olarak kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><span>Endoskopik sin\u00fcs cerrahisi uygulamalar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak geli\u015fen ciddi komplikasyonlar\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in ameliyat s\u0131ras\u0131nda anatominin tam olarak de\u011ferlendirilmesi amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Cerrahi navigasyon cerrahi aletlerin sin\u00fcs anatomisi i\u00e7indeki yerlerinin ameliyat an\u0131nda \u00f6zel bir cihaz ve yaz\u0131l\u0131m yard\u0131m\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 boyutlu olarak takip edilebilmesini sa\u011flar.
